Partnership with Conran and Partner - £155m Masterplan
Together with Rydon, we partnered with one of the giants of British design - Sir Terence Conran's architecture and design practice - on the planning and design of the £155m Green Man Lane masterplan in Ealing, West London. The development has transformed the face of Ealing and will deliver 706 new homes and community facilities.
Conran believes that good design improves the quality of people’s lives and he has brought this philosophy to the new development. The run-down 1970s estate at Green Man Lane is being transformed into a modern complex of beautifully designed homes that will breathe life into the area and bring a vibrant sense of community.
The scheme will be a flagship for the police’s Secured by Design initiative, which aims to create safer neighbourhoods by design. Residents of the new houses and apartments will enjoy a generous living space and communal facilities including a café and public parks.
